Witte Museum Field Trip

Bella had one of her field trips to the Witte Museum with her school today. The kids were so excited and thought it was a real treat just to get on the bus. They spent the morning exploring how we deal with dangerous weather, looking at how people used to live in log cabins and decided they do not ever want to live like that, it was really funny. They got to see dinosaur bones bigger than them, how we use water for electricity, and they got to see a real mummy that they thought was going to come out of the glass and go to their school with them. Bella said she had a great time and can't wait to go back.

In line to get on the bus

I'm sooooo excited.

Yippee!!! Daddy, thanks for helping me.

Can you see I'm reading about the Texas hill country

Me and my class. Can't believe my mommy got us
to sit still for a picture in the middle of our tour.
(The teacher was actually reprimanding them for
banging on the dinosaur bones - I snuck in and took
a pic- Sorry Ms. Nicolette)
